Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Project Coordinator to support their expanding operations.
  
The Opportunity

Reporting to the State Manager, you’ll be instrumental in coordinating international freight and cargo forwarding activities, ensuring compliance, driving efficiencies, and delivering seamless on time results.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of import and export operations, including liaison with carriers, customs brokers, and third-party providers.
• Prepare and process all required documentation, such as Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve any operational discrepancies or delivery issues.
• Assist inventory management activities and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance freight forwarding processes and operational standards.

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in import/export operations within a freight forwarding environment with exposure to projects, BBK, OOG and heavy lift cargo highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs processes, Incoterms and documentation.
• Proficient with CargoWise software preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
