A highly sought-after opportunity now exists for an experienced Project Manager based in Brisbane. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you will be instrumental in planning and executing logistics operations, managing subcontractors, and driving seamless project execution.
  
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, responsibilities will include:

• Plan and execute sea and air freight forwarding operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate transportation logistics, maintaining alignment with project timelines and client requirements.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and resolve operational challenges proactively.
• Utilise advanced IT systems for project tracking and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
• Support senior management in strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
• Develop and implement cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs.

This hands-on role will suit a highly organised individual with strict attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Self-motivated with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to coordinate complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Minimum 5 years’ experience in project logistics within a freight forwarding environment essential to your success.
