They are now looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join their team and play a key role in strengthening quality systems and driving continuous improvement across food safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily quality assurance and food safety activities across processing operations
• Ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, AMIC, and Department of Agriculture requirements
• Carry out internal audits, sanitation checks, and CCP verifications
• Investigate non-conformances, process deviations, and customer concerns, implementing corrective actions
• Maintain precise QA records, compliance documentation, and audit data
• Provide guidance and support to production teams on food safety, hygiene, and best practices
• Assist with product evaluations, shelf-life testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with regulatory authorities, labs, and internal teams to maintain compliance standards

About You:

• 2–3+ years’ experience in meat processing or food manufacturing
• Solid knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and export compliance frameworks
• Background in auditing, environmental monitoring, and product verification
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and record-keeping skills
• Experience with ERP systems or lab testing is advantageous
• A proactive, hands-on professional who takes pride in quality and food safety
