Quality Assurance Officer to strengthen their Quality team and support continuous improvement across all aspects of
food safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and monitor day-to-day quality assurance and food safety activities within meat processing operations.
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, GMP, AMIC, and Department of Agriculture standards.
- Conduct internal audits, hygiene inspections, and verification of critical control points.
- Investigate non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints, driving effective corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, QA documentation, and audit reports.
- Support production and QA teams with training in food safety, hygiene, and best practices.
- Participate in product quality assessments, shelf-life studies, and process improvement projects.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, laboratories, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
About You: - Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a meat processing or food manufacturing environment.
- Sound understanding of HACCP, GMP, and export compliance requirements.
- Experience conducting audits, environmental monitoring, and product verification.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
- Exposure to ERP systems or laboratory testing highly regarded.
- A proactive team player who values quality, consistency, and food safety excellence.
