Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day quality control and assurance processes within the production facility.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards.
• Conduct routine internal audits, inspections, and product sampling.
• Investigate quality issues, non-conformances, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Support staff training on hygiene, safety, and quality procedures.
• Participate in product development and process improvement initiatives from a quality perspective.

About You:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment.
• Solid knowledge of quality systems, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with laboratory testing or ERP systems is an advantage.
