Rate: $50–$55 per hour + Company Car (based on experience)

About the Opportunity Join a highly reputable Tier 1 construction business delivering large-scale residential developments across North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. We are seeking experienced Leading Hand Electricians to oversee teams, ensure high-quality installations, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading teams of electricians across residential construction sites
• Managing workflow, delegating tasks, and ensuring quality standards
• Installing and commissioning electrical systems for new-build homes & multi-residential projects
• Coordinating with supervisors, builders, and site managers
• Maintaining safety standards and completing compliance requirements
• Supporting apprentices and contributing to a positive site culture

What We’re Looking For:

• QLD Electrical Licence (essential)
• Strong experience in residential electrical work
• Proven leadership or Leading Hand experience
• Excellent communication & the ability to run sections of a site independently
• Valid driver’s licence
