Success Profile

• Meat processing industry experience (essential);
• Solid, demonstrated meat industry experience within a sales capacity;
• Working knowledge of beef cuts and the beef specifications required (essential);
• Strong computer skills — word processing, Excel and database management;
• Ability and willingness to work on site Monday to Friday and ability to travel when required.
