The Opportunity: Our client is now seeking a Sales Representative to drive sustainable, profitable growth across new and existing customer accounts. You will grow revenue and margins across product and service portfolios through proactive sales strategies and strong relationship management. By identifying new opportunities, developing existing accounts and delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will help achieve sales targets and support long‑term business success.
Responsibilities - Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio
- Offer technical support and tailored solutions across our product range, ideally with experience in trench/shoring or civil machinery and beneficial knowledge of ground anchors or sheet piling.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to increase sales volume
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial engagement through to close
- Conduct regular customer visits to build relationships and identify opportunities
About you - 3+ years experience in a sales role within the civil construction or related industry
- Consistently demonstrate strong initiative, drive and determination, maintaining a clear focus on delivering high‑quality results.
- Technically savvy, relationship-driven sales professional who can hit the ground running, quickly build trust with customers
- Experience with shoring or civil machinery (highly regarded), geotechnical products or sheet piling (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information
- Ability to develop technical knowledge across the product range
