Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have full working rights in Australia. Sponsorship is not available.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating end-to-end seafreight export shipments
• Preparing documents including BOLs, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin
• Liaising with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers
• Managing client communications and ensuring on-time delivery
• Tracking shipments and resolving any issues
• Ensuring compliance with customs and regulations

What we’re looking for:

• Export sea freight experience required
• CargoWise experience essential
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
• Great communicator, able to liaise with clients and internal teams
• Hands-on, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running
