The Company:

This leading engineering and construction company based in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and residential projects across the Brisbane region, with strong support from an experienced project delivery team.

The Role:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations across a range of project types
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure smooth site delivery
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
• Managing site safety, WHS compliance, and quality control requirements
• Liaising closely with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to support successful outcomes
• Maintaining accurate site documentation, records, and progress reporting

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within the construction industry
• Experience across commercial and/or industrial projects (residential experience advantageous)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• QBCC Licence (preferable)
• A solid understanding of WHS regulations and site compliance
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
