We currently have multiple Site Supervisor opportunities with well-established construction businesses across a range of sectors. If you're hands-on, organised and ready to grow into a broader leadership role, this could be the right fit for you.

You'll combine hands-on project supervision with ownership of day-to-day site operations — one project at a time, with a strong focus on quality delivery.

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Supervising construction works on site and ensuring quality and safety standards are met
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades and material deliveries
• Managing project timelines and resolving on-site issues as they arise
• Completing site documentation and reporting
• Implementing and maintaining WHS requirements throughout the project
• Building strong working relationships with clients, trades and stakeholders

To Be Successful, You Will Bring:

• A trade qualification (essential)
• Experience in construction supervision
• Current White Card and Driver's Licence
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
• A hands-on attitude and the drive to see projects through from start to finish
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Building & Construction advantageous
• QBCC Supervisor Licence, or willingness to obtain one, advantageous
• Commercial construction experience advantageous
