Site Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day operations within a well-established and growing manufacturing facility. Key responsibilities: - Drive daily production to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
- Lead and support teams across shifts
- Coordinate workflows, staffing, and machine utilisation
- Monitor KPIs (output, waste, downtime, efficiency)
- Troubleshoot production issues and liaise with maintenance when required
- Oversee machine setup and changeovers
- Maintain production records and reports
- Oversee quality checks, testing and documentation, implement corrective actions
- Champion continuous improvement and waste reduction
- Ensure Work Health and Safety, environmental, and quality compliance
- Run toolbox talks, safety checks, and team performance discussions
About You:
You’re a practical, hands-on production / site supervisor who understands how manufacturing environments operate along with proven experience within manufacturing (plastics) or similar industries. You have a track record of leading small teams, managing performance, and fostering accountability, backed by a genuine safety-first mindset. You’re a natural problem solver who can think on your feet to keep operations running smoothly, while also taking a proactive approach to improving processes and driving efficiencies.
