The Tender Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the preparation and management of tenders, proposals, and marketing materials to promote company services. The position involves coordinating administrative tasks, producing high-quality marketing materials, supporting proposal development, and ensuring the company adheres to safety and environmental goals.
Key Responsibilities: - Tender Support: Assist in preparing tenders, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Client and Proposal Assistance: Respond to client questionnaires, create presentations, and update documents.
- Tender Management: Maintain the tender library and track tenders in the CRM system.
- Administrative Tasks: Support commercial tasks, generate reports, and keep marketing materials up to date.
- Safety and HSSEQ: Promote safety, follow ISO/OHSAS guidelines, and ensure safe working practices.
Requirements: - Diploma or degree in Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant industry experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
- Ability to problem solve, meet deadlines and handle conflicting priorities
- Strong organisation and administrative coordination, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
