Having worked in a similar position previously to afford sage advice and credibility through experience, you are fuelled by an innate passion for what you do! Comfortable in sales, account managing existing clients and identifying and establishing new ones, you will naturally find satisfaction in providing class customer service and support.
Scope:Between identifying customer needs and suitable solutions,
you’ll have the background and technical knowledge to be able to provide the right quality products and effectively market the distribution of feed and supplements. You will support from the beginning and see the sales cycle right through, including resolution, whilst activity can include but is not limited to:
- Maintaining industry presence at local and regional events;
- Currency around market share, opportunity, market intel and emerging products or innovation;
- Providing detailed product feedback to technical services, production and management;
- Setting prices, quoting, reporting monthly on variations and margin activity and providing accurate sales forecasts against budget.
Success Profile: - Proven experience in a sales / business development / territory management role in animal feed/health/supplements/nutrition;
- The drive to autonomously build your territory + loyal customer base through consistency;
- Ability to travel often including some overnight stays (if required).
