Looking to get into a role where no two days are the same?
We’re recruiting an experienced HC/MC Truck Driver to join a well‑established agribusiness in regional Queensland. This is a rare opportunity to secure a long-term, stable role where you’ll be more than just a number—working across livestock, grain, and general transport in a hands-on, down-to-earth team.
Offering excellent rates, a modern, well‑maintained fleet, and onsite accommodation if required. This role would be ideal for a capable driver seeking variety, autonomy, and genuine work‑life balance within a practical, down‑to‑earth rural team where your contribution is valued.
The Role This is not your standard linehaul position. You’ll be embedded into the day-to-day agribusiness operations, playing a key role in keeping the business moving.
Your work will see you transporting livestock to market, handling grain collection and deliveries, and transporting a variety of materials including hay and sawdust across regional routes. You’ll be operating a modern, well-maintained fleet, taking pride in your equipment while ensuring loads are safely secured and delivered efficiently.
The role also offers the opportunity to get involved in broader operational support where needed, so you’ll need to be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working across different tasks.
What We’re Looking For - HC Licence (essential)
- MC Licence (preferred)
- Proven experience driving heavy vehicles and trailers (2025 Kenworth 509, and a 2018 K200 preferred but not essential)
- Solid understanding of load restraint and rural/regional driving conditions
- BFM accreditation
- A reliable, self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic
What’s on offer - Competitive hourly rate – paid for your experience and reliability
- Autonomy in your role
- Work directly with decision-makers in a supportive, down-to-earth team
- Onsite accommodation available if required – suitable for individuals or families
This role suits a driver who enjoys variety beyond standard highway driving and is looking for a more hands-on, diverse role. You’ll take pride in your equipment and the quality of your work, and value being part of a smaller, close-knit team where your contribution is recognised and genuinely makes an impact.
If you’re looking for a role that offers stability, respect, and a change of pace, we’d like to hear from you.
