We're recruiting a qualified Industrial Painter to join the Maintenance Division of a well-established, family-owned agribusiness. This is a long-term, permanent opportunity for a tradesperson who takes pride in quality work and wants to put down roots in a business that genuinely invests in its people and operations. The Role
Based out of a maintenance workshop, you'll be working across a range of agricultural buildings and structures across multiple sites — varied, hands-on work where no two days are identical. You'll take ownership of your work and uphold high standards of finish, safety, and biosecurity, with all tools and a work vehicle provided onsite. What You'll Be Doing - Surface preparation — cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Painting of commercial and agricultural buildings and structures
- Maintenance painting across farm facilities and infrastructure
- Ensuring high quality finishes with strong attention to detail
- Complying with workplace health, safety, and biosecurity requirements
About You You're a trade-qualified industrial painter who takes pride in the finish and doesn't need someone looking over your shoulder. You'll bring:
- A painting trade qualification (essential)
- Experience in commercial or industrial painting (highly regarded)
- Working at Heights certification (advantageous)
- Construction White Card (advantageous)
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport to site
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
