• Lead, coach, and manage a large warehouse team to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with transport, customs, and logistics teams to optimize freight handling.
• Maintain inventory control systems and ensure accuracy across all operations.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
