What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage daily warehouse operations (inventory, logistics, and dispatch).
• Lead, schedule, and train staff to maintain productivity.
• Coordinate local and airfreight transport with internal drivers/partners.
• Ensure WHS compliance and maintain a safe, well-functioning facility
• Use systems like CargoWise/Excel to track orders, stock, and workflow.
• Liaise with internal teams and support junior staff where needed.

What You’ll Need:

• MUST BE Australian Citizenship, PR or visa with unrestricted work rights.
• Experience in warehouse management or supervising within freight forwarding.
• Forklift licence and CargoWise experience essential.
• Solid communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
