The Role
This is a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader position, supporting daily warehouse operations while acting as the trusted second-in-charge to the Warehouse Manager. You’ll lead from the front — managing people, supporting operations, and jumping on equipment when needed to keep things moving.
  
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 2:06pm
  
What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting warehouse and yard staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Coordinating stock movement to support manufacturing and production schedules
• Operating forklifts when required
• Managing container receivals, unloading, and reporting discrepancies
• Completing stocktakes, audits, and inventory management
• Ensuring warehouse safety, traffic management, and site standards are maintained
• Coordinating contractors and equipment servicing
• Working closely with scheduling teams, managers, and leadership to improve efficiency
• Handling reporting, systems, and warehouse administration

About You
You’re an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading people but still likes rolling up your sleeves and getting involved.
You’ll likely bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (or strong acting leadership exposure)
• Strong computer and reporting skills with confidence using warehouse systems/ERP
• Experience in stock control, inventory, and workflow coordination
• A solid understanding of warehouse safety and WHS requirements
• A current forklift licence or High-reach forklift experience (or willingness to learn)
