About the role:

You will play a key part in delivering training and ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform at a high standard. Working closely with production and leadership teams, you’ll help build capability, maintain compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective staff inductions and onboarding programs
• Support ongoing competency-based training across production teams
• Communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse workforce
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Promote and champion a positive safety and continuous learning culture across the site

About you:

• Previous experience in a training role within FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar environment
• Strong understanding of workplace training practices and safety standards (HACCP/GMP desirable)
• Certificate in Training & Assessment (desirable)
